All products offered by Aegion Research are research-grade chemical materials supplied exclusively to qualified researchers and laboratory professionals for in vitro experimentation. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are 21 years of age or older and are acquiring these materials solely for research purposes.

Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are strictly not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or ingestion.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Legal & Export Restrictions

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their acquisition, possession, and use of any compound complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We do not dispatch to jurisdictions where these materials are prohibited. Product names and codes are for identification purposes only.

Orders are dispatched via USPS with tracking to the research site address provided at checkout. At checkout you choose a shipping speed (USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express); the shipping charge is calculated from the current USPS rate for your ZIP code and the speed you choose, and is shown before you pay. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, and delivery times are estimates from USPS once the package is dispatched. Shipping confirmation with tracking is provided by email. We currently dispatch within the United States only.

Certificates of Analysis are published online rather than included in the package. Each lot's certificate can be viewed on our Certificates of Analysis page (/coas).

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or inconsistent with its Certificate of Analysis, contact support@aegionresearch.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number, lot number, and photos of the item and packaging. Verified claims receive a replacement or a full refund, issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. No product needs to be sent back to process a claim.

Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns. Please do not send any product back to us; returned packages will not be accepted or processed. Damaged, incorrect, or Certificate-of-Analysis-discrepant items are handled under our Refund Policy above, by replacement or refund without a return.

Orders may be cancelled at no charge any time before dispatch by contacting support@aegionresearch.com with your order number. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled or returned; please refer to our Refund Policy.

We collect only the information needed to process your requisition and verify researcher status: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process and deliver your order. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@aegionresearch.com.

Registered researchers receive occasional emails from Aegion Research about company updates, new products, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time in your account's Email Preferences (Account Settings → Email Preferences).

This website is served entirely over HTTPS. Payment information is transmitted directly to our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

All products sold on this website are intended for laboratory research and identification purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use of any kind, including dosing, injection, or ingestion.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Aegion Research is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Sales are restricted to verified researchers aged 21 and over within the United States.
